As a NHS England designated body, CULTSKIN®, (formerly known as ESHO. MD) led by Dr Esho, is comprised of the aesthetic industry’s most skilled aesthetic specialists. Our expert team are widely recognised for their artistic flare and abilities, as well as their distinctive ‘ESHO’ techniques. This combination allows us to provide cutting-edge treatments of the highest standard. Upon consultation, one of our medical professionals will create a treatment plan for you which has been tailor-made to target your concerns. Our bespoke treatment plans are individually constructed to suit the needs of each patient to ensure you have the best possible results from your treatment. Our passion is to provide each patient with the signature ‘ESHO’ experience by enhancing your natural features in the most ethical way.

All of our doctors are specialists in the field of aesthetics and are fully insured. Our doctors have undertaken advanced and master class training in non-surgical techniques with Allergan, Teoxane, HA Derma, and other leaders in the aesthetic industry.

CULTSKIN® was founded with the aim of creating a unique patient experience that would provide anti-wrinkle injections, dermal filler, skin booster injectables and advanced skin treatments. Dr. Tijion Esho

Dr. Tijion Esho Founder and Lead CULTSKIN® Doctor

Dr. Tijion Esho is an international, award-winning, registered aesthetics doctor, expert and trainer, renowned for his expertise in aesthetic medicine and an industry leader in the art of non-surgical procedures. He practices aesthetics and advanced non-surgical treatments globally with over 20 years experience. Dr Esho is not on the GMC’s register as of May 2024. He remains able to practice aesthetics in the UK and abroad and is actively practicing now across all of our CULTSKIN® clinics seeing our loyal cult-following of patients. Dr. Esho’s obsession with detail, unrivalled precision, and passion for creating only the most outstanding natural results has made him one of the most influential doctors in the aesthetics industry.

Dr. Natalie Tabares

Dr. Natalie Tabares in an ENT surgeon with ten years of experience in advanced injectables, using the signature ESHO less is more approach. 
Dr. Natalie Tabares is half Nigerian, fluent in Spanish and Portuguese, and also trained with Dr Esho in plastics during their senior surgical training together.
She is be based in our Wimbledon clinic.

Dr. Zelu Sibanda

Dr. Zelu Sibanda is a highly trained medical doctor who won the top surgical prize whilst studying at her university. She has an eye for detail and is a true whizz at treating with toxin with a natural finish. She impressively speaks 3 languages and has lived on 3 different continents during her life so far! She is the newest member to the CULTSKIN® Doctor-led team, and we're so happy to have her.

Dr. Megan Franklin

Dr. Megan Franklin is an experienced aesthetic doctor with a background in both internal medicine and advanced skin treatments. Originally trained in South Africa, she holds an MBChB from the University of Cape Town and has worked in top hospitals before specialising in aesthetics. She gained extensive experience at Skin Renewal Aesthetic Clinics, focusing on skin health, anti-aging treatments, and cosmetic injectables. Now fully GMC-registered and based in London, Dr. Megan has a special interest in advanced injectables, polynucleotides, and Exosomes. As part of the CULTSKIN® Next Gen Doctors team, she is under the mentorship of Dr. Tijion Esho, dedicated to delivering high-level, personalised aesthetic care.

Annice Ling

Annice Ling CULTSKIN® UK Manager

The Lead skin specialist at CULTSKIN®, as well as the regional manager across all UK clinics, Annice brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to her role. Originally from Surrey, Annice has worked across alongside Dr Esho & all the CULTSKIN® clinics for nearly a decade. As the Manager of all UK Clinics, Annice is responsible for all aspects of patient care, as well as the overall operations of the three flourishing clinics. The first port of call for all pre- and post-treatment care, Annice is the heart and soul of the Esho brand. Her warmth and passion is indisputable, as is her in-depth knowledge of the CULTSKIN®, where she leads on many of the patient’s skin protocols. She is also an expert for all to know on our various Alma Laser machines. When in clinic, Annice typically sees 10-12 patients per day.

Rizwana Iqbal

Rizwana Iqbal HR and Operations Consultant

Rizwana comes to CULTSKIN® after leading HR and Operations for Archie’s in Manchester, a hugely growing family-run fast-food chain that has captured the celebrity and millennial market. Kevin Hart, Rita Ora, Neyo, The Game, and Nas are just a few of the famous faces who have visited and raved about the burger brand. Prior to that, Rizwana was a key member of the HR team at Next, the fast-fashion brand with over 40,000 employees. Within her role at CULTSKIN®, Rizwana will be helping to develop consistent brand policies, an HR structure, and ensuring all operations run efficiently across each clinic as the business continues to grow and scale.
