Dr. Tijion Esho is an award-winning aesthetics entrepreneur, educator and innovator, internationally recognised for his contributions to non-surgical aesthetics, skin health and the advancement of aesthetic medicine.

As the founder of CULTSKIN®, Dr Esho has spent more than two decades building a distinctive approach to aesthetics that combines scientific understanding, technological innovation and a commitment to natural-looking results.

His work has helped shape conversations around modern aesthetic treatments, patient experience and the evolution of non-surgical cosmetic medicine.

Academic Excellence and Education

Dr Esho holds a Master of Science in Aesthetic Medicine with Distinction from Queen Mary University of London, reflecting his continued commitment to academic excellence and evidence-based practice.

He is also an Honorary Professor of Practice in Medical Aesthetics and an Associate Fellow of Advance HE (AFHEA), recognising his engagement with higher education, teaching and professional development.

His academic interests include skin longevity, regenerative aesthetics, photobiomodulation, wearable technologies and the emerging relationship between physiological recovery and healthy ageing.

Alongside his entrepreneurial work, Dr Esho is committed to supporting the next generation of aesthetics professionals through education, mentorship and the development of evidence-informed approaches to aesthetic practice.

Innovation and Industry Leadership

Dr Esho has played a prominent role in the evolution of modern non-surgical aesthetics, developing techniques and introducing innovations that have contributed to his international recognition.

His work includes the development of the Nano Droplet lip augmentation technique, the Cupid’s Bow Lift and Midas by Esho, an aesthetic instrument designed to support precision in lip treatments.

He also collaborated with DECIEM, The Abnormal Beauty Company, on the ESHO lip care collection, bringing his knowledge of aesthetic medicine into consumer skincare and beauty innovation.

Through CULTSKIN®, his focus has evolved towards a broader philosophy of skin health, regenerative aesthetics, longevity and preventative wellness.

Dr Esho is not on the GMC’s register as of May 2024. He remains able to practice and teach aesthetics in the UK and abroad and is actively practicing now across all of our CULTSKIN® clinics seeing our loyal cult-following of clients.
