The Perfect Peel® is a medical-grade chemical peel formulated to address pigmentation, uneven skin tone, mild scarring and overall dullness. It is classified as a medium-depth peel, meaning it penetrates beyond superficial exfoliation to stimulate more significant skin renewal.
It is suitable for patients seeking visible improvement in tone and texture with a defined but manageable downtime period. At CULTSKIN, suitability is carefully assessed to ensure appropriate selection based on skin type and goals.
The peel solution is applied in controlled layers to exfoliate damaged outer skin cells while stimulating regeneration in deeper layers. As the skin sheds over the following days, new, refreshed skin becomes visible.
Results typically develop as peeling completes and collagen activity continues beneath the surface.
We conduct a detailed skin assessment, review medical history and determine suitability for a medium-depth peel. Recovery expectations and post-treatment commitments are discussed clearly before proceeding.

Suitability will always be confirmed during consultation with a CULTSKIN clinician.
Immediately upon application, the skin will either appear tight, red, like a sunburn, or darker than normal. The peel solution needs to stay on the area for at least 6 hours. Some discomfort and irritation is considered normal. Remember, this is a medical chemical peel.
On day three peeling will begin. The Perfect Peel® home care moisturiser (which would’ve been given to you within your treatment appointment) will reduce the visibility of peeling with hydration. By day seven to ten, the peeling process should be complete, although some flaking and redness may still be occurring in some treated areas. Expect transformed, rejuvenated skin to appear, with results being visibly astonishing, only improving for the next 20 days into your cellular cycle.
You’ll receive full aftercare instructions and our Patient Care Team are always on the other end of the phone, to help answer any questions you might have should they arise. External products, including Make-up may be worn on day 3-5 of the peeling process, but we would urge patients to hold off as long as they can to optimise results during the healing process.
The patient may feel a slight stinging or tingling sensation which will subside after just a few seconds. Numbing takes place once the first pass of The Perfect Peel® solution is applied. A fan or cool breeze may be used during application to maximise comfort for the patient.
If you are wanting an intense peel experience, The Perfect Peel® is a fantastic option – featuring the star ingredient, Phenol – it is a blend of active exfoliants, antioxidants, minerals and vitamins, including vitamin C, that look to target medium-depths of the skin and can only be performed by our CULTSKIN® Doctors and Dr. Esho himself. Peeling begins on day 3 and is typically completed around days 7-10, with full results visible at day 28.
If you’re looking for a peel that is more potent than most in-clinic chemical peels, but not as intensive as The Perfect Peel® in visible downtime, The Perfect Peel® Superblend is for you. The Perfect Peel® Superblend is the UK’s first superficial to medium depth, medical-grade chemical peel to blend Glutathione with 8 acids and resorcinol to produce maximum results with minimal risks. It is also slightly less in price, and can be performed by both our CULTSKIN® Skin Specialists and CULTSKIN® Doctors alike. Mild peeling and flaking begins day 3-4, will complete around day 7, with full results at day 28.

Beautiful lips aren’t just about the treatment – they’re about how you care for them afterwards.
1. Hydrate from within
Many hyaluronic acid (HA) fillers are hydrophilic, meaning they attract and bind water. Staying well hydrated helps support the appearance and feel of your lips. Aim for at least 2 litres of water a day.
2. Hydrate from the outside
Keep your lips moisturised with a nourishing balm, ideally one containing hyaluronic acid and barrier-supporting ingredients. Healthy, hydrated lips help maintain a smooth finish and protect your results.
3. Protect your lips from UV
Sun exposure and sunbeds can dry and damage the delicate lip tissue. Use SPF on your lips whenever you’re outdoors and avoid unnecessary UV exposure to help preserve both your lips and your results.
4. Don’t chase the swelling
The swelling immediately after treatment isn’t your final result—it’s inflammation. Using a cool pack (as advised by your practitioner) can help minimise swelling and improve comfort. Allow your lips to settle naturally before deciding if you need any further treatment.
