Step 1Consultation with Our Award-Winning Team
We assess vessel depth, size and suitability, and create a personalised plan including expected timelines and session needs.

ClearVein LongYag is a long-pulse laser technology used for deeper vascular concerns that may not respond as well to more superficial treatments. It can be used for selected facial and body vessels depending on suitability and clinical assessment.
At CULTSKIN, we use careful parameter selection and structured planning to prioritise safety and achieve balanced outcomes.

Laser energy targets haemoglobin within deeper vessels, causing them to break down gradually. Improvements develop as the body clears treated vessels over time. Multiple sessions may be recommended depending on vessel size and depth.

We assess vessel depth, size and suitability, and create a personalised plan including expected timelines and session needs.

Treatment is performed in our premium clinics across London, Surrey or Newcastle with comfort and discretion prioritised. Refreshments are available during your visit.

Mild redness may occur. We provide aftercare guidance and sun protection recommendations. Our patient care team remains available for follow-up and progress assessment.

Suitability will always be confirmed during consultation with a CULTSKIN clinician.
The ClearVein LongYag treatment doesn’t typically have any ‘downtime’. Usually following the procedure, you may find that the vessel appears darker in complexion or may have a white casting across the treated vessel.
You may experience some warmth around the treatment area for the following few days and may have slight erythema around the treated vessels, but this should subside quickly if aftercare advice has been followed effectively.
Depending on the depth of the vessel, you may see visible results within a few days or months following treatment, as it can take effect on patients differently. It can take several treatments of ClearVein LongYag to effectively treat the vessel. Lifestyle factors and maintenance between treatments can also affect the effectiveness of the treatment. So please ensure that you follow ALL the advice provided to you by your CULTSKIN® Skin Specialist.
Following your ClearVein LongYag treatment or within your treatment plan, it is strongly recommended to avoid direct sunlight for at least 2 weeks post-treatment. This is to reduce the worsening of the vascular condition and to prevent the development of hyperpigmentation. You should be regularly applying SPF to your face or the area as part of your skincare regime already, but please be extra diligent and even wear a hat when applicable.
Likewise, if you are due to go on holiday, you must avoid ClearVein LongYag treatment 2 weeks before holiday. Please also avoid applying artificial tan on the treatment area when undergoing treatment too!
