Here @drtijionesho technique for the bottom lip involves his “@thecultmethod” for a natural, yet defined look, where the bottom lip’s central segment is a 1:2 ratio compared to the top lip. This is achieved through his nanodroplet technique, which uses small amounts of filler injected in a multi-layered approach to create symmetry and volume, rather than a large volume injection. The goal is to create a 50/50 ratio between the defined top and bottom lips, but variations are made based on the individual’s facial structure, according to Dr. Esho.
